Survey and Simulation Tools for PV, Solar Thermal, Heat Pumps & Chimneys
Incorporate large-scale systems into your solar design.
A large-scale system typically incorporates large solar buffer stores, external heat exchangers and anti-legionnaires' switching. With the T*SOL SysCat module it is now possible to simulate and design large-scale solar thermal systems.
SysCat is a standardised catalogue of large-scale solar systems which have undergone extensive testing as part of the Solar Thermal 2000 program.
The systems have been tested as part of the program and fall under the headings ‘General’ or ‘Solar Thermal 2000’.
General systems are large-scale systems with the addition of solar-supported heating, while Solar Thermal systems are the main configurations from the Solar Thermal 2000 programme.
